As of October 2015, we are required to verify the age of any new customers. Therefore anyone placing an order with Mad Vapes Australia must be 18+ years old – we will request your date of birth either when creating an account or if placing an order as a guest user.

What Information We Require?

When creating an account with Mad Vapes Australia we will request your full name, date of birth and billing address. This must be entered as it would appear on your drivers license, electoral roll or used for a credit card. This information must be entered correctly as we will use it to verify your age before delivering any goods.

How We Verify Your Age?

We use an industry-recognized third-party system to verify your age. The system runs several independent checks to verify you are 18 or over, including credit record, the electoral roll and the birth register checks. Please note that is purely an ID check and not a credit check so will not affect your credit score in any way.

What Will Happen if We Cannot Verify Your Age?

If for any reason we are unable to verify your age automatically after purchase a member of our team will contact you in order for you to verify your age by another means.
